Managed Accounts (FXCM Accounts Only)

• Will I have access to my money 24 hours a day?
  The money in your account is available to you at any time. The actual dollar amount may change up until 5pm est. pending open positions. Any request made to transfer money prior to 5 pm est., will reflect the balance +/- at 5 pm est.

• Can I withdraw money on a monthly basis for my living expenses?
  While we do ask for a 6 month verbal commitment to see the Manage Account work, it is your money and you may withdraw it at anytime. We also would like to remind you of our risk agreement, you should not invest money you can not afford to lose, (ie. monthly money set aside for other obligations).
• Will I be charged a fee to withdraw money?
  Currently Wealth Builders FX does not charge a fee for withdrawals. Although FXCM and you current Financial Institution may charge fees. (ie. wire fees).
• 20% seems very high for a fee!
  While 20% may seem high, it is well within the industry standard. Keep in mind some firms charge up to 50% performance fees with minimum investments starting at 250k. We only charge these fees if we make you money. While for someone looking at the fees and not looking a performance it is high.
• What forms do I need to fill out to open a managed account with Wealth Builders FX?
  Please fill out the FXCM application, LLPO form, and the Wealth Builders FX agreement. Once complete fax all forms to 954-302-3523.

Individual Accounts

• When will my demo trading account be activated?
  Your demo account will usually be activated within 24 hours. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided us when you requested the demo account.

• When will my live trading account be activated?
  Your live trading account will usually be activated as soon as your information is verified and your application is processed. This entire process normally takes less than one business day. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file for your account once the account has been activated. You may fund your account at anytime after you receive your confirmation email.
• What forms do I need to fill out to open a live trading account?
  Simply fill out all the paperwork indicated on the check off form included in your packet and fax it to 954-302-3523.

Personal Trading Assitant

• How do I use Personal Trading Assitant?

• Do I require the platform to be connected to the Internet permanently?
  No, all trade signals are executed on Remote servers, therefore is not a requirement to keep your PC running for trade execution on your account. You are required to connect to the internet to set your Money Management settings initially.

• How can I view my personal trades?
  Via the Personal Trading Assistant Client Software, it can be viewed on any PC.
• Does the platform allow hedging?
  Yes, of course.
• What are the costs for the signals and trade execution? Are there any other charges?
  The typical spread ranges from $1.00 to $10.00 per mini lot round turn depending on the currency pair traded. FXCM strives to provide traders with tight, competitive spreads; however, there may be instances when market conditions cause spreads to widen beyond the typical spreads displayed here. Additionally, typical spreads may not be applicable to Japanese-yen-denominated accounts or client accounts of referring brokers. Certain currency pairs may not be available for all account types.
• Can I set leverage with your platform, what if signal provider wants to buy $100k but I only want to open $10k?
  The client sets the leverage for each currency pair to their requirement, the signal provider only sends the signals, not a suggested lot size, a client can trade from $10k lot upwards for each pair they decide to trade. There are 3 Modes of Money Management: (i) Fixed Lot � Fixed Lot size per trade. (ii) Fixed Ratio � Fixed Account % Risk per trade on Principal. (iii) Fixed Delta � Increases or Decreases lot size dependent on Account Balance.
• Can I trade with any signal provider?
  Only signal providers that are listed within our platform are available.
• How do I get started? What is the process? How long does it take?
  Contact Wealth Builders FX representative at 954-302-3523 and they will inform you of the account opening process for the platform.
• Does your platform support multiple strategies in parallel?
  What happens if Provider A is short on EURUSD and Provider B tries to place a long EURUSD trade. The platform will recognize signals from multiple signal providers and hedging is used when necessary.
• Can I close or change the SL or Target manually myself?
  Yes, you can close or modify a trade signal, however it will be re-adjusted again if a new modify order is placed by the signal provider after the client adjustment.
• If I close a trading signal, when the signal arrives to close the trade, will it then put me in a new open position?
  No, signals to open and close are distinctly different, if you manually close a trade, no position will be taken when the close order arrives. The next new trade to open will executed on your account.
• What happens if I disable money management for a signal provider when I have an open position, how will the trade be handled by the system?
  If you remove a signal provider from your portfolio, any open trades will be closed off when the close order arrives, but a new position to open will not be executed.
• What happens if I change my Lot size for a Currency Pair when I currently have an open trade in that pair?
  The trade will be closed with the lot size it was opened with, the next new trade to open will be reflected with the new money management settings.
• What are the margin requirements for a Trade?
  The same as the underlying broker account margin levels.
• Which is the best system to trade?
  This is left to the discretion of the client, we provide them all the tools and trade history for them to make an informed decision regarding their investment choices, but do not provide investment advice.
• Are the performance figures realistic to what people are getting on their account?
  There are many LIVE clients trading these systems, the performance figures are regularly checked to ensure they are aligned with LIVE trading account performance.
• Do the performance figures include commission?
  No, the performance does not include the $1 commission ($10k) per round trade.
• How long does the DEMO account last for?
  DEMO accounts last 30 days.
• What if I want to do a manual trade in addition to Autotrades?
  You are able to open manual trades in addition to autotrades, these will be labeled as "manual" in signal provider column on the Wealth Builders FX Personal Trading Assistant.
• Do the performance figures include swap values?
  Yes, they include the swap rates.
• How do I know what size of stop a signal provider uses, so I can calculate my risk?
  You can contact the signal provider, or use the DEMO for 30 days to assess your potential portfolio.
• How many systems/ pairs is it possible to trade in a LIVE account?
  It is possible to trade 100 system/pairs in the LIVE account version.
• Does the DEMO account have the same functionality as the LIVE version?
  The DEMO account will not show the Stop Loss or Target Point to avoid signal misuse.
• Can I stop trading at any time?
  Yes, you can close all your positions and disable your portfolio instantly, you are in complete control at all times of your account.
• Why are some pairs showing less profit than other pairs with same number of pips?
  This depends on the pip value of the currency pair in question.
• Can I trade various modes of money management in same portfolio?
  Yes, you can have Fixed Lot, Fractional and Ratio settings applied to different systems within your Portfolio.
• When is the commission charged, at end of month or every trade?
  The commission is applied when the trade is closed.

General

• What is your fee structure?
  We charge 2% of your account balance to manage your account. We also charge a 20% performance fee on any profits over any new balance highs.

• What is a performance fee?
  Performance fee is defined as any fee that is deducted from your account due to new gains made on your account.

• What if I lose money one month, will you still charge me the performance fee?
  No. The performance fee only applies to NEW balance gains. For example, if your initial investment is 5k and it gains 1k then, your account is +1k(6k total). The performance fee will be charged on the 1K. Say the next month the account goes -1K(back down to 5K), we will never charge a performance fee again until the account balance goes above 6k. *please note this examples balance did not factor the performance fee. Whole numbers were used for ease of understanding.

• What are the chances that I can lose all my initial investment?
  With our money management strategy, we will always use only a small percentage of your capital at one time. However, as with any other investment you must understand that there is a risk of loss.

• What is the initial investment minimum?
  Five thousand dollars. However, this minimum will become higher as we take on more customers.

• Can I get training from you to become an even better trader?
  No, but there are many qualified trader trainers and professional traders that have experience that we could refer to you. We do not make our money as trainers but instead as actual traders.
